Every Intimauae order ships in unmarked outer packaging with neutral labeling — no adult branding on the carton. From checkout to delivery, privacy is part of the process, so your order arrives without drawing attention.
We ship by international sea freight with private delivery. After your order is confirmed and prepared, it moves through discreet handling and dispatch so packaging stays plain and professional the whole way.
Delivery timing can vary by destination and carrier handoff, but most orders arrive within the standard international sea freight window. You’ll get tracking by email after dispatch so you can follow progress without needing to contact support for every update.
If you need help before or after your order ships, our team can guide you on packaging, delivery expectations, and product questions privately. For customs notes and full delivery terms, see our Shipping Policy.
